Looking for a myCOI alternative?

myCOI is a well-established COI tracking platform aimed at larger risk teams. COIPilot is built for the firms below that threshold. Here is a straight comparison, including where they are the better answer.

Enterprise pricing and packaging vary by vendor and are usually quoted rather than published; figures reflect commonly reported ranges. Verify current terms directly with any provider you are evaluating.

When an enterprise platform is the right call

If you track more than about 500 vendors, operate several legal entities with different insurance requirements, need certificate data flowing into an ERP, or want a provider whose staff phone your subcontractors on your behalf — buy the enterprise product. Those are real services, they cost real money, and we do not offer them. Choosing us in that situation would be a false economy.

When COIPilot is the better fit

If you track 20 to 500 subcontractors and your current system is a spreadsheet plus a folder of PDFs, the enterprise tier is priced for someone else’s problem. You need the certificate read, the endorsements checked, and the renewals chased — without a six-week onboarding project or an annual commitment to evaluate a piece of software.

That is the whole product. One price, published. No demo required to see it.

How to compare fairly

Take a certificate you already know is deficient — one with adequate limits but a missing additional insured endorsement is the classic case. Run it through whatever you are evaluating. The tool that names the exact deficiency in language you can forward to an insurance agent is the one that will actually save you time.
