Questions

Is there really no demo call?
No. You sign up, set your requirements, add a vendor, and they can be uploading within minutes. We think requiring a sales call to evaluate a $249 product is a tax on your time.
What happens when I exceed 250 vendors?
Get in touch and we will price the larger tier with you. We would rather have that conversation once you are getting value than gate you at signup.
Do you charge per certificate?
No. Reviews are unlimited. A vendor who submits four corrected certificates costs the same as one who gets it right first time — charging per document would penalise you for enforcing your own standards.
What if the AI misreads a certificate?
Every extraction is stored with a confidence score, and the original PDF is always one click away. Low-confidence documents are flagged for review rather than silently passed. The compliance verdict itself is produced by a deterministic rules engine, so it is reproducible and traceable to the requirement it failed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, monthly with no notice period, from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Where is our data held?
Certificates are stored in a private bucket and are never public. Each account is isolated at the database level, so one customer's data is unreachable from another's session.
